"I have been dealing with State Farm and Richard Min for decades for home and auto insurance and have always been happy. But now I am ecstatic, because I submitted a claim related to needing a new pool cover (very expensive), extra pool clean out, and removal of a deer which plunged through the cover last winter but was not discovered until June. When my reimbursement seemed awfully low, Richard urged me to question what the basis for the reimbursement figure was. When I did so, I discovered that State Farm had not seen all of the invoices I had submitted. They were very willing to correct the reimbursement to totally cover my costs. This would never have happened if it hadn't been for Richard's good advice!"
